Der jüdische Fußballfunktionär Kurt Landauer war zwischen 1913 und 1951 viermal Präsident des FC Bayern München. Mit ihm an der Spitze erlangt der Verein die Siegestrophäe der ersten gesamtdeutschen Meisterschaft im Jahre 1932. Trotz seiner Verdienste für den heimischen Sport muss der Sohn eines jüdischen Kaufmanns ein Jahr später, nach der Machtergreifung Hitlers, sein Amt als Vereinspräsident niederlegen. Im November 1938, kurz nach der „Reichskristallnacht“, wird er verhaftet und in das Konzentrationslager Dachau gebracht, aus dem er nach zwei Monaten frei kommt. Nun sieht er seine letzte Chance und flüchtet in die Schweiz. Zwei Jahre nach Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs kommt Landauer aus dem Exil nach München zurück und hat erneut bis 1951 die Funktion des Präsidenten des FC Bayern inne. Zehn Jahre später stirbt der frühere Vereinschef im Alter von 77 Jahren in München und findet auf dem Neuen Israelitischen Friedhof seine letzte Ruhe.

Daniel Rosenfelds Dokumentation ist eine Hommage an Astor Piazzolla (1921-1992), den Begründer des "Tango Nuevo", der vor 25 Jahren verstarb. Piazzolla brach mit den Regeln des traditionellen Tangos und brachte die volkstümliche argentinische Musik in die internationalen Konzerthäuser.
