Elena ist eine brillante Wissenschaftlerin und Ingenieurin, die die nachhaltige Energiequelle „Calisto“ entwickelt hat. Nachdem ihre Chefs die Quelle auf den Markt gebracht haben, bemerkt Elena, dass ihr System einen Fehler aufweist: In den falschen Händen kann es als gefährliche Waffe eingesetzt werden. Doch leider stellt sich die Firma, für die Elena arbeitet, als kriminelle Organisation heraus, die gar nicht daran denkt, das Produkt aus den Händen zu geben. Daraufhin wendet sich Elena hilfesuchend an die Townsend-Agency. Die Agentur ist mit ihren "Engel" genannten Agentinnen über die Zeit so erfolgreich geworden, dass das Unternehmen expandierte und mehrere Gruppen mit tapferen Engeln an verschiedenen Standorten postiert hat. Angeleitet werden die Frauen von Vermittlern, die alle auf den Namen "Bosley" hören und ihren Agentinnen die weltweit härtesten Jobs an Land ziehen. Not to be confused with any of the sequels to Sylvester Stallone's classic Oscar-winning Rocky, this short film from Finnish filmmaker Aki Kaurismäki is actually meant as a parody of the late Cold War-era Rocky IV, which saw Stallone's character taking on a juiced-up Russian fighter played by Dolph Lundgren. In this 1986 send-up, Rock'y, played by Silu Seppala, goes head to head with Soviet Igor (Sakari Kuosmanen) and loses.

Once known for his intellectual prowess, a retired professor (Anupam Kher) begins experiencing memory gaps and periods of forgetfulness.
