When the owner of a shabby, soon-to-be-demolished villa in a run-down part of Seoul mysteriously dies, it sets in motion a chain of events that touches many lives. Als Kind verbrachte Sang Min einige Zeit als Austauschschüler in Thailand, wo er bei Orn wohnte, der Mutter von Dinneaw, der damals noch sehr jung war. Mehr als zehn Jahre sind vergangen, seit Sang Min wieder in Korea war. Die ganze Zeit über hatte er keinen Kontakt zur Familie, bis Sang Min eines Tages einen Grund hatte, nach Thailand zurückzukehren und erneut bei Orn zu bleiben.
