Rocky Nelson is a former New York cop who is trying to make it as an actor in Hollywood. Nur der hat anderes geplant, als wieder in den Himmel zurückzukehren. Auch er strebt an Alexiel wiederzuerwecken, denn er ist, ähnlich wie Setsuna, in seine Schwester verliebt.
