Zum dritten Mal versucht das tödliche Gemüse in der Geschichte des Films die Welt zu erobern: Was in den ersten Filmen begann, setzt sich nun erbarmungslos fort. Noch immer hat der wahnsinnige Tomaten-Experte Mortimer Gangreen den absurden Plan, die Welt mit Hilfe seiner Gemüse-Züchtungen in seine Gewalt zu bekommen. Als TV-Talkmaster Jeronahew plant er, die vor dem Fernseher verharrenden "Couch-Potatoes" in seine Tomatenkreaturen zu verwandeln. Nur Detektiv Lance Boyle und der Tomatologe Kennedi Johnson stellen sich der Gemüse-Verschwörung entgegen. Im legendären Kampf um den "Tempel des Brotes" scheint ihre Niederlage jedoch besiegelt zu sein...

Zwanzig Jahre nach dem Zahnfee-Massaker hat ein inzwischen erwachsener Corey (Jake Watkins) die Universität abgeschlossen und lebt in London. Allerdings leidet er noch immer unter den Auswirkungen der Ereignisse von damals. Immer wieder verfällt er in Albträume, halluziniert und leidet unter furchtbaren Visionen. Da kommt es gerade recht, dass sein alter Freund Edgar (Gus Fithen) auftaucht und mit ihm und alten Studienfreunden eine Wiedersehensparty feiern will. Doch ein Gast der Party, Paul, dessen Cousin damals beim ersten Auftauchen der Zahnfee ums Leben kam, hat andere Pläne. Er vermutet, dass Corey irgendwie selbst an der ungeklärten Mordserie beteiligt war und will dies an dem Abend beweisen. Aber etwas läuft schief: Aus Versehen zitiert er uralte Beschwörungsformeln und holt die Zahnfee so direkt durch die Tore der Hölle unter die Lebenden! Zurückgekehrt aus der Unterwelt, gibt sie sich dieses Mal nicht mit ein paar Zähnen als Opfergabe zufrieden …!

Now they must make their way through the thick of nature and thick gunfire to accomplish their mission. Not a single word of dialogue is spoken throughout the entire film. Instead, the music, sounds, images and deeply truthful acting turn a simple plot into an intense experience. Passion and intrigue keep building to the very end.

Der verrückt-geniale Professor Jamba wird von der Erde weg entführt. Er soll seine weiteren 625 Experimente neben Nummer 626, Stitch, herausrücken. Lilo und ihr bester Freund Stitch versuchen ihn zu retten, schließlich gehört Jamba auch irgendwie zur großen hawaiianischen Familie. Die beiden erwecken gegen striktes Verbot eines der Experimente mit Wasser zum Leben. Es erweist sich als noch unbezähmbarer als damals Stitch und flüchtet. Zu dumm, dass der böse Hamsterdam als Lösegeld für Jamba alle 625 Experimente fordert.
