Im Norden und an der Ukrainischen Front forcieren Panzereinheiten den Angriff. 270.000 Partisanen und das französische Jagdgeschwader „Normandie“ unterstützen die Operationen. Die überlegene Strategie sowie die politisch-moralische Einheit erzwingen den Rückzug der Okkupanten. Witebsk, Bobruisk und Minsk werden befreit. Die Verschwörung gegen Hitler schlägt am 20. Juli 1944 fehl. Die beteiligten Offiziere werden in Berlin standrechtlich erschossen. In Waffenbrüderschaft mit polnischen Einheiten und Partisanen beginnt die Befreiung Polens.
