Kumar Agnihotri belongs to a wealthy family, consisting of his dad, Madan, and mom, Janki. Schuberts "Ave Maria" geleitet schließlich eine Prozession in die Dämmerung.

Der eingebildete Löwe Alex, das vorlaute Zebra Marty, die ständig panische Giraffe Melman und die divenhafte Nilpferd-Dame Gloria sind die absoluten Stars im Zoo des New Yorker Central-Park. Allmählich kehrt der Alltag bei den Unglaublichen ein, nachdem sie mit vereinter Familienpower dem Schurken Syndrome das Handwerk gelegt haben. Doch von Ruhe ist keine Rede, denn jetzt muss Mutter Helen Parr es mit dem einen oder anderen Rabauken aufnehmen. Das bedeutet natürlich, dass Vater Bob Zuhause den Kochlöffel schwingen und den Familienalltag mit den drei Kindern Violetta, Flash und Baby Jack-Jack organisieren muss. Doch das ist natürlich leichter gesagt als getan, zumal noch nicht so ganz klar ist, welche außergewöhnlichen Fähigkeiten der kleine Jack-Jack entwickeln wird. Chaos ist also vorprogrammiert! Als ein zwielichtiger Bösewicht auftaucht und die Bürger von Metroville mit einem perfiden Plan bedroht, müssen die Unglaublichen doch wieder in ihre unglaublichen Outfits schlüpfen, um gemeinsam mit Freund Frozone das Schlimmste zu verhindern...

Das wiederum beäugt der böse Jaffar mit wachsendem Unmut.

Roger Rabbit, einer der größten Stars Toontowns, wird gesucht: Er soll Marvin Acme ermordet haben, weil der angeblich ein Verhältnis mit Rogers Frau Jessica hatte. Richter Doom will ihn in seine berüchtigte “Suppe” stecken, das Einzige, was einen Toon töten kann. Roger fällt nichts anderes ein, als ausgerechnet den heruntergekommenen Privatdetektiv Eddie Valliant um Hilfe zu bitten, dessen Bruder von einem Toon getötet wurde. Seither hasst Valliant alle Zeichentrickfiguren, lässt sich aber doch dazu überreden, diesen Job anzunehmen.
