Auf ihrem Weg zu einem Gesangswettbewerb treffen Mai und Saki einen merkwürdigen Mann, der nach der ältesten Uhr der Stadt sucht. Es stellt sich heraus, dass eben diese älteste Uhr ein Portal zum Land der Uhren ist. Bei dem Mann handelt es sich um einen Diener von Dark Fall, der versucht die Zeit anzuhalten und die Welt zu zerstören. Mit der Hilfe von den Geistern der Uhren muss das Team von Pretty Cure nun dem mysteriösen Mann entkommen und den Fluss der Zeit wieder fortsetzen.
