Naruto, Sakura, Lee und Kakashi bekommen den Auftrag den Prinzen aus dem Land des Mondes bei seiner Weltreise zu eskortieren. Da der König des Landes über ein enormes Vermögen verfügt, kann sich auch der Prinz alles leisten, was er haben möchte, was darin endet, dass er einen gesamten Zirkus kauft. Paul Blart reist gemeinsam mit seiner Tocher Maya nach Las Vegas, um dort an der Security-Guard-Expo teilzunehmen und nach sechs anstrengenden Jahren als Kaufhaus-Sicherheitsmann auch einfach mal ein wenig zu entspannen. Zugleich will er die Gelegenheit nutzen, um noch einmal so viel Zeit wie möglich mit seiner Tochter zu verbringen, bevor sie zu Hause auszieht, um ans College zu gehen. Maya hat allerdings bald nur noch Augen für den charmanten Hotel-Mitarbeiter Lane während sich Paul wegen seines Berufs als Kaufhaus-Cop allerlei Sticheleien von den Casino-Sicherheitsleuten gefallen lassen muss. Doch als eine Gruppe Krimineller unter Führung des skrupellosen Vincent plant, gleich mehrere Hotels und Casinos in Las Vegas auszurauben, ist Pauls große Stunde gekommen...

Um dies zu verhindern, ziehen Selene und ihre neue Familie alle Register und wollen zu diesem Zweck ihrem größten Gegner, der Organisation Antigen, das Handwerk legen, die mit dem Erschaffen von Super-Lykanern den Tod aller bedeuten würden.

Dabei macht er sich die Dateien einer verliebten Polizeipsychologin zunutze und erfährt so mehr über die Geschichte von Chan.

Documentary today is rarely immersed in questions of this magnitude - or tackles them with the level of eloquence shown here by Mograbi. An exceptional and challenging film.

Approximately 200,000 copies of this OVA were distributed by Uniqlo to promote a line of Naruto-themed shirts designed by Masashi Kishimoto in conjunction with Studio Pierrot. It shows the aftermath between a fight between Naruto and Sasuke and shows clips of their times together and the story so far.
