RETURN tells the story of a retired Green Beret who embarks on a healing journey from Montana to Vietnam. There he retraces his steps, shares his wartime experiences with his son, treats his Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and seeks out the mountain tribespeople he once lived with and fought alongside as a Special Forces officer.

Ein im Gefängnis sitzender Vater erhält die überraschende Chance auf Freiheit. A single man has worked most of his life in a supermarket. One night, he unexpectedly meets with his father, and the two are faced with the question of the reasons for their separation.

Roughly chronological, from 3/96 to 11/96, with a coda in spring of 1997: inside compounds of Aum Shinrikyo, a Buddhist sect led by Shoko Asahara. (Members confessed to a murderous sarin attack in the Tokyo subway in 1995.) We see what they eat, where they sleep, and how they respond to media scrutiny, on-going trials, the shrinking of their fortunes, and the criticism of society. Central focus is placed on Hiroshi Araki, a young man who finds himself elevated to chief spokesman for Aum after its leaders are arrested. Araki faces extreme hostility from the Japanese public, who find it hard to believe that most followers of the cult had no idea of the attacks and even harder to understand why these followers remain devoted to the religion, if not the violence.

The lion alternates between finding the food on the cage floor and reaching through the bars to swipe at the man, who stays alarmingly close to the beast. In the background are the large rocks and brick wall at the back of the lion's habitat.

Don Poli, the patriarch of a family embedded in politics, faces the change of party in his state - after a hundred years in power - losing all his privileges. Humiliated and angry, he threatens to disinherit his family and leave to rebuild his life. This forces his children (Kippy, Ramses and Belén) to take extreme measures to ensure their future, causing everything that could go wrong to turn out worse.

Um die historische Wiederkehr geht es hier laut den Berichten von älteren Krimtataren. Die muslimische Minderheit wurde 1944 unter Stalin von der Krim vertrieben, Ende der 80er gab es nach Protesten ein Zugeständnis von Gorbatschow. Mit der Besetzung der Krim 2014 folgen unter Putin erneut zahlreiche Repressionen. Mit politischer Willkür werden Tataren verhaftet und zu langen Strafen verurteilt. Der Film zeigt mehrere Frauen, deren Männer inhaftiert sind und mit großem Engagement versuchen, mit Klagen die Situation ihrer Männer zu verbessern, die nur sporadisch Kontakt zu ihrer Familie haben.

The Binge bedeutet: Einmal im Jahr sind alle Drogen legal. Und in The Binge 2: It's A Wonderful Binge ist es noch schöner, denn dieser Tag fällt auf Weihnachten. Klar, dass alle umso mehr Spaß haben wollen, um die besinnliche Zeit so richtig besinnlich zu machen.

Bereits in ihrem ersten Film „Die dunkle Seite der Wikipedia“ stellen die Autoren Markus Fiedler und Frank Michael Speer das kostenlose Online-Lexikon unter Verdacht, politisch brisante Artikel mit unlauteren Mitteln zu beeinflussen und sachliche Darstellungen zu verhindern. Am Beispiel des Artikels über den Friedensforscher Dr. Daniele Ganser wurde dieser Verdacht im Laufe des Films eindrücklich bestätigt und gezeigt, mit welch aggressiven Methoden eine Gruppe von Wikipedia-Autoren, sogenannten „Benutzern“, die Wissensplattform als eine Art Gesinnungspranger missbrauchen. Der Film wurde im Internet veröffentlicht und stieß mit fast einer halbe Millionen Klicks auf hohes Interesse.

Dokumentation der Regisseurin Christa Graf über mit dem Aids-Virus infizierte Eltern, die in Uganda ihren Kindern "Memory Books" hinterlassen. Darin schreiben sie zur Erinnerung ihre Lebensgeschichte nieder.

Der isländische König Valgard erwartet den Tod von Händen des Kriegers Ketil. Doch Valgards Sohn Kjartan gelingt die spektakuläre Flucht mit dem magischen Schwert des Vaters. Die ist mit Ketils Vetter vermählt, der Kjartan zum Duell fordert. Gunnar rettet den Kämpen und bereitet ihn auf die finale Auseinandersetzung mit Ketil vor.
