Roger stößt durch Zufall auf eine Sensation: Im Kellergeschoss seiner Schule experimentieren irre Wissenschaftler mit Menschen, kreuzen sie mit Tieren & versuchen zudem eine völlig neue Menschenrasse, die Subhumanoiden zu erschaffen geeignet für Militäreinsätze oder Liebesdienste. In so eine Subhumanoide verliebt sich Roger & es gerät mal wieder alles außer Kontrolle. Auf der Tromaville Highschool herrscht schon bald Chaos & Horror pur & mittendrin Roger, dem selbsternannten Retter aller Subhumanoiden.
