Als er nach einigen Jahren als geheilt entlassen wird, plant er ein Comeback und erhält prompt seine Rolle als Dr. Death zurück. Doch während der Dreharbeiten geschehen erneut schreckliche Morde nach dem altbekannten grausamen Muster.
