Als sie auf dem Supermarktparkplatz in den Truck des 29-jährigen Johnny crasht, liegen die Nerven auf beiden Seiten blank. Doch der ungehobelte Trucker entpuppt sich nach einem ersten Streit als echter Charmeur und lässt nicht locker bis sich Matty auf ein Date mit ihm einlässt.

Der Film zeigt verschiedene, besonders grausame Todesfälle, die dem Zuschauer wie ein Zusammenschnitt verschiedener Nachrichtenausschnitte und Amateuraufnahmen erscheinen. Die meisten Szenen sind allerdings inszeniert.

Ein Dokumentarfilm, der einige der seltsamsten, merkwürdigsten und groteskesten Beispiele menschlichen Verhaltens beleuchtet. Er zeigt einen Rundgang durch das Grand Guignol Theater in Paris, einen Mann, der sich lange Nadeln in den Körper sticht, die Kastration von Rentieren sowie Aufnahmen von Lesben und Stripperinnen.

Die Jungs von Jackass sind wieder da mit ihrem komplett neuen, unzensierten Film. Vollgestopft mit noch haarsträubenderen Stunts, absoluter Dummheit und noch nie zuvor gesehenen Streichen und Chaos. Nicht zu vergessen die sehr persönliche Begegnung von Steve-O mit einer Schnappschildkröte, Chris Pontius und sein unglaublicher Specht und ein elektrifizierendes Limbospiel mit der ganzen Gang. Außerdem gibt es einen Einblick in das paranoide Leben am Set von Jackass und einige Streiche, die hinter den Kulissen auf Kosten von Johnny Knoxville gemacht wurden.
