Kemal is happy to have found an actress to star in his film, however things soon get out of control as Izzet's sick plans unfold.

This piece shows an environment stripped of the human figure, evoked only by its vestiges, apparently abandoned in the solitude of a barren terrain and an inclement climate. The title of the piece appeals an archaic link between who looks and the environment that crosses with a certain strangeness in capturing a small fragment of the history of the crossroads.

"Maine-Ocean" is the name of a train that rides from Paris to Saint-Nazaire (near the ocean). In that train, Dejanira, a Brazilian, has a brush with the two ticket inspectors. Mimi, another traveler and also a lawyer, helps her. The four of them will meet together later and live a few shifted adventures with a strange-speaking sailor (Mimi's client).

Akiyama is an intern, disgusted with the noise pollution caused by the bullet trains and the heart attacks that noise has been causing in older hospital patients, plots to disrupt and, in ten days, destroy a unit of the operation. Als er dort in einem Dorf eine Einheimische vergewaltigt, steckt er sich mit dem Ebola-Virus an, das aber bei ihm nicht tödlich verläuft. Er wird zum Überträger der Krankheit, ist sich dessen aber vorerst nicht bewusst. Als er wieder aufgrund seines Sexualtriebes ein Massaker veranstaltet, dreht er völlig durch. Er verarbeitet seine Opfer zu Fleischbällchen und verkauft sie an ahnungslose Restaurantbesucher, die anschließend ebenfalls an Ebola erkranken. Inmitten dieses teuflischen Chaos kehrt Kai nach Hongkong zurück. Als Souvenir trägt er immer noch das Virus in sich.

Hierzu wurde ein Patient ausgewählt, auf dessen Rücken eine riesige Zyste gewachsen ist. Doch der Eingriff geht schief. Der Patient stirbt und ein riesiges Zystenmonster macht sich auf die Jagd nach jedem, der die Klinik nicht rechtzeitig verlassen konnte. Dabei frisst und absorbiert es die Menschen nach Lust und Laune in einem Blut- und Schleimbad von unvorstellbarem Ausmaß…
