Sie sammeln Energie und pumpen sie in eine weitere Larve aus der schließlich jenes Monster schlüpft mit dem selbst Godzilla nicht gerechnet hätte: Megaguirus ein gigantischer Riesenkäfer. Der will sofort Godzillas Energie anzapfen und so wird Japan schließlich zum Schlachtfeld auf dem sich Godzilla, Megaguirus und die Menschheit gegenüber stehen...
