Das für die DVD aufgezeichnete Konzert fand am bereits am 19. September im belgischen Lint statt. Ausgesuchte VIP-Gäste in den dortigen Alfacam-Studios durften Zeuge der Darbietungen des Quartetts sein. Entsprechend geruhsam geht es bei der Performance zur Sache. Lediglich etwas klischeehafte Projektionen mit wabernden Bildern auf der Videoleinwand lockern das gepflegte Fummeln an den Knöpfen und Reglern auf. Das kommt ziemlich nahe an das heran, was Rockmusiker gerne unter dem Banner unplugged vollführen. Jarre, der Meister des elektronischen Pomp, reduziert sich selbst aufs Wesentliche. Ich bin mir aber ganz und gar nicht sicher, ob ich das eigentlich sehen möchte. Wenn es um den Klang geht, hätte es auch eine einfache DVD-Audio getan.
