Alle vier Jahre gibt es in der Canterlot High die sogenannten "Friendship Games", in denen sich die Einrichtung mit anderen Schulen aus der Umgebung in verschiedenen Sport-Disziplinen misst. Doch noch nie hat die Canterlot High den begehrten Pokal gewonnen. Somit beschließen Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Applejack und Sunset Shimmer so gut es geht zusammenzuarbeiten, um einen Sieg für ihre Schule erringen zu können...
