A project spanning three years of production and research, Lion is a collection of 7 short films exploring the Chernobyl disaster, the nature of radiation, memory, and personal history. Conceptually arranged in to a film “album”, Lion’s seven works navigate atomic fallout and a girl’s adolescence, a dream before death, radiation as a cause and cure for cancer, masculine bravado, feminine obsession, a trip to Chernobyl amongst the death of a matriarch, and the destruction of memory. Composed of seven works, Lion is a series of films created on 16mm and hand processed with darkroom techniques that mimic the effects of radiation on film. Researched in Chernobyl, the series is a product of memories, history, pop culture and technical experiments to create visual representations of invisible forces.

A male lion, right next to bars that are about 6 or 8 inches apart, keenly watches a uniformed zoo attendant toss small morsels of food into the cage. The lion alternates between finding the food on the cage floor and reaching through the bars to swipe at the man, who stays alarmingly close to the beast. In the background are the large rocks and brick wall at the back of the lion's habitat.

"Who Is Bozo Texino?" is a film study on the 100-year-old tradition of hobo and railworker graffiti. Mostly shot on freight trips across the western US, the film includes interviews with some of the railroad’s greatest graffiti legends: Colossus of Roads, The Rambler, Herby (RIP) and the granddaddy of them all, Bozo Texino. The film also catches some of the socio-economic history of hobo subculture from its roots after the Civil War to the present day. The range of the interviews, and the film’s style deal with both the clichés and the harsh realities of tramp life.

Found footage short film piece conceived through the articulation of appropriated and recycled film fragments to conform a unified sex scene composed by different bodies, ambients and characters. It was assembled as a chapter for an autobiographical long film called An Appropriated Self-Portrait, edited using a fragmentary structure that relies on a linear narrative.

Jojo, a psychiatry student, wants to learn how to conduct a séance from her elder friend, Aunt Szeto, so she could communicate with the spirit of her daughter. When Szeto takes Jojo to the spirit world, she attracts the attention of a vengeful ghost, which then escapes to the human world through the portal where the two women entered. The ghost then haunts Jojo and wants to possess her body to take revenge on her mobster husband, whose involvement with the mob lead to her demise.
