Völlig durchgeknallte Freaks, Halbneanderthaler & Punks bestimmen das Bild auf dem Schulgelände, sowie schwer bewaffnete Uniformierte, die versuchen, die irren Gestalten im Zaum zu halten - eben ein ganz normales Erscheinungsbild für eine Schule in Tromaville. Roger stößt durch Zufall auf eine Sensation: Im Kellergeschoss seiner Schule experimentieren irre Wissenschaftler mit Menschen, kreuzen sie mit Tieren & versuchen zudem eine völlig neue Menschenrasse, die Subhumanoiden zu erschaffen geeignet für Militäreinsätze oder Liebesdienste. In so eine Subhumanoide verliebt sich Roger & es gerät mal wieder alles außer Kontrolle. Auf der Tromaville Highschool herrscht schon bald Chaos & Horror pur & mittendrin Roger, dem selbsternannten Retter aller Subhumanoiden.

Auf der Flucht vor der Polizei kommt der Kleinkriminelle Enzo mit radioaktivem Abfall in Berührung. Er entwickelt übermenschliche Kräfte, die er konsequent zum eigenen Vorteil nutzt. Als Enzo dabei gefilmt wird, wie er einen Bankautomaten aus der Wand reißt, erlangt er landesweite Berühmtheit und weckt das Interesse des größenwahnsinnigen Mafiabosses Gypsy. Dieser will ihn benutzen, um ganz Rom zu beherrschen. Als Enzo die hübsche und verrückte Alessia trifft, sieht diese in ihm den Manga-Superhelden Jeeg Robot. Sie versucht ihn zu überzeugen, für das Gute zu kämpfen und den Herrn des Feuers zu besiegen…

Leon Schuster or “Schuks Tshabalala” and Shorty (Alfred Ntombela) intend to produce a movie as a visual guide and aid for foreigners coming to SA for the World Cup. Schuks Tshabalala is a teacher and tour guide to a mixed bag of tourists who are taking his survival guide to SA very seriously. Shorty, as usual, is his best friend, assistant and conscience. The students include ”Heinz” from Germany, “Yoti” from Greece, “Jean-Pierre” from France, “Koert” from The Netherlands, “Rajin” from India, “Maggie” from Ireland and “Xing Xang” from China, among others. They are genuinely eager to learn about SA, so Schuks and Shorty are only too happy to oblige. What follows is a series of hysterical demonstrations of life in SA as they attempt to answer all the questions posed by potential visitors.
