Coopers Crossing ist ein kleines Nest mitten im australischen Busch. Auch die Location wechselte: Nach 227 Episoden landeten die Flying Doctors zum letzten Mal in Coopers Crossing. In einem Spin-off versuchte das Ärzteteam von Broken Hill vergeblich an den Erfolg ihrer Kollegen aus Neu-Süd-Wales anzuknöpfen.
