Es ist nahezu unmöglich, die Quests abzuschließen, da die Spieler in »Kiwame Quest« körperlich genauso fit sein müssen, wie sie es im realen Leben sein müssten, um diese Aufgabe zu erfüllen. Die Spieler spüren echte Schmerzen, wenn sie getroffen werden, und die Heilung von Stichwunden dauert Tage.
