Shibusawa Eiichi was born in 1840 to a farmer’s family. He grew up helping his family with work, which was to manufacture and sell indigo production and also silk farming. He left his hometown at the age of 23 and began working for the government. He later traveled to Paris and learned about banking. Upon his return to Japan, he helped build up the first modern bank in Japan. He eventually became a founder or supporter to about 500 companies and was involved with about 600 public services, including education for women.

The Collector, is the first Serbian science fiction television series. The Collector is based on a story of Zoran Živković who won the World Fantasy Award. All episodes are directed by Marko Kamenica. The episodes can be watched separately, but together they form a coherent story arc, which is linked together by The Collector, played by Petar Kralj. Aside from The Collector there is another character, a different one every episode, who changes his passion for collecting: memory, hope, autographs of dying people, etc. The series is made using minimal special effects, but in the style of The Twilight Zone.

One of the first multi-episode drama series ever made, it is also one of the first television dramas written especially for television not adapted from theatre or radio. Having first aired for 5 episodes from 1938 to 1939, Telecrime returned in 1946, following the resumption of television after World War II, and aired as Telecrimes. A whodunit crime drama, Telecrime showed the viewer enough evidence to solve the crime themselves. Most episodes were written by Mileson Horton. All 17 episodes are lost. Aired live, their preservation was not technically possible at the time.
