Der Dokumentarfilm erzählt die Geschichte über einen der Auszog, um glücklich zu werden und dabei zum Schwarzbrot Monopolisten in der afrikanischen Stadt Bamako wurde. Er heißt Christof Wackernagel und hat als Autor, Schauspieler und ehemaliges RAF Mitglied alle nötigen Vorraussetzungen zum Vollkornbrötchenbacken mitgebracht.
