This year’s episode, Milestones, focuses on how different groups of Asian Americans mark the milestones throughout their lives.

The film begins in Mumbai where a terror-sticking dead body from the hospital mortuary wakes up. Everybody reads him as Godse who is in a coma for 18 months, and a couple, Bhupati & Malathi Devi forwards as his parents. Further, he knowledges that he is CEO of a company that met with an accident done by his opponent Banerjee. However, he denies it, stating himself as Bose when doctors analyzed that it is a blackout stage.

Die Handlung spielt im Zweiten Weltkrieg in der Slowakei und handelt von einem Handwerker namens Tono, der das Angebot bekommt, das Geschäft einer alten, jüdischen Frau übernehmen zu dürfen. Er geht darauf ein, die alte Frau jedoch denkt, er sei auf der Suche nach Arbeit und stellt ihm ein. Die beiden lernen sich besser kennen und mögen sich, doch dannkommt der Tag, an dem alle Juden – auch sie – aus der Stadt gebracht werden, und Tono bemerkt, daß er einen riesigen Fehler begangen hat.

Studieren ist nicht so Seenus Ding. Trotzdem wechselt der Partyheld von seinem alten College an eines in Bangalore, in der Hoffnung, dass er dort endlich ohne Ablenkungen den ersehnten Abschluss schafft. Doch schon auf dem Weg dorthin wartet Ärger auf Seenu, als er im Zug einige Mädchen vor einer Gruppe randalierender junger Männer rettet. Am College präsentiert sich gleich die nächste Ablenkung in Form der schönen Sunaina. Seenu ist hingerissen. Doch die unglückliche junge Frau steht kurz vor der Hochzeit mit einem schmierigen und korrupten Cop, der sie durch Erpressung zur Ehe zwingen will. Der unerschrockene Seenu schafft es tatsächlich, mit Sunainas Zukünftigem ein Abkommen zu schließen, das sie aus der Verlobung entlässt. Doch da wird Sunaina plötzlich entführt. Denn eines der Mädchen, denen Seenu im Zug behilflich war, ist die Tochter eines Unterweltbosses und hat selbst ein Auge auf Seenu geworfen...
