Bei einem großen Turnier kämpfen vier Mannschaften der historischen Stadtviertel gegeneinander. In diesen Teams vermischen sich die sozialen Schichten wie zu keinem anderen Anlass. Der Film bietet Einblick in dieses archaische "Männlichkeitsritual" und stellt einige Protagonisten vor.
