This Is Circumstantial Evidence is a music DVD created by Strictly Amateur Films and released by Three One G on April 20, 2004, featuring videos of live performances by several bands from the label. The bands included are: The Blood Brothers, The Locust, Cattle Decapitation, Swing Kids, Moving Units, Get Hustle, Jenny Piccolo, Orthrelm, and Love Life.

The leader of a South African Nation is imprisoned. His followers, led by Zabo, hijack a plane with the intent to use the passengers as hostages to trade for his release. They select a plane carrying a religious leader to use as their main hostage. They soon learn that they have an added bonus of the daughter and grandson of Colonel Shaw, a bigwig in the country. The grandson all the while has to cope with the dual problems of being hijacked and held hostage while needing a kidney transplant. The hijackers have everything in their favor, except that the colonel's daughter is the sweetheart of Major Sam Striker. Striker puts together a band of mercenaries and sets about freeing the hostages.

Released as a memorial for the great Russian cellist Mstislav Rostropovich, who passed away on 27 April 2007, this DVD contains one bonafide cello concerto, the Schumann Cello Concerto in A minor, and two tone poems with prominent cello parts, Ernest Bloch's Schelomo and Richard Strauss' Don Quixote. Rostropovich mastered the Schumann in several famous recordings. Here, conducted by Leonard Bernstein, he provides a splendid performance. Featuring his trademark powerful technique, smooth legato and crisp vibrato, the Romantic roots of the concerto are never hidden for long, despite the relatively cool playing of the Orchestre National de France.

Der invalide Bettler Porgy ist in das leichte Mädchen Bess verliebt, die sich jedoch lieber dem Rauschgift und ihrem Freund Crown hingibt. Nachdem Crown als Folge eines Streits einen Mord begeht und fliehen muß, sucht Bess Unterschlupf bei Porgy. Bald meldet sich Crown jedoch zurück und erhebt Ansprüche auf Bess. Er wird von Porgy getötet, der sich anschließend versteckt. Bess nutzt die Gelegenheit und folgt dem Drogenhändler "Sportin' Life" nach New York, wohin Porgy nachkommen will.

Der Broadway-Regisseur Zach castet Tänzer für eine Supportgruppe eines großen Musicals. Nachdem eine Riesenmenge an Kandidaten aussortiert ist, verbleiben noch sechzehn Tänzer, von denen Zach aber nur acht brauchen kann. Einer nach dem anderen versucht mit seinen Tanzkünsten zu beeindrucken, doch Zach zwingt sie ins Rampenlicht, um etwas von sich zu erzählen. Was also ist nötig, um diesen Job zu erhalten?

Fast 25 Jahre später will Keyboarder Tony die Rocker wiedervereinigen. Die Zeit und das Leben haben es nicht gut gemeint mit den Ex-Stars. Die ersten Proben sind ein Desaster. Und bald brechen alte Konflikte wieder auf. Doch die Musiker wollen sich und der Welt unbedingt noch einmal beweisen, dass sie es noch drauf haben.
