US-Marshal Austin Carter (Olivier Gruner) und der lokale Sheriff Vernon Kelly (Joe Cornet) sind die Gesetzeshüter eines in der Prärie liegenden Wildwest-Kaffs im Osten von Texas. Als plötzlich eine gewissenlos und blutrünstig zu Werke gehende Bande von Gaunern – die sogenannte Hellhound Gang – auftaucht und ihr Heimatstädtchen terrorisiert, geraten die beiden Männer in eine ausweglos erscheinende Situation. Zu ihrem Glück ist aber der mysteriöse, russische Revolvermann Ivan Turchin (Alexander Nevsky) in der Nähe. Er nimmt sich auf seine ganz spezielle Art und Weise der Bösewichte an und vertreibt sie im Alleingang. Doch werden die überlebenden Gesetzlosen wirklich so schnell aufgeben? Turchin bezweifelt dies und besteht darauf, dass sich die Bewohner der Ortschaft bewaffnen und auf einen brutalen Rachefeldzug vorbereiten.
