Brent Weinbach is weird. In this show, Brent attempts to adjust his quirky personality so that he can fit in with the world around him, which would be valuable to his career as a comedian and entertainer. Through an absurd and abstract discourse, Brent explores the ways in which he can appeal to a broader, mainstream audience, so that ultimately, he can become successful in show business.

Filmed April 12, 2003 at a benefit concert held at and for The Anthology Film Archives, the international center for the preservation, study, and exhibition of avant-garde and independent cinema. In addition to screening films for the public, AFA houses a film museum, research library and art gallery. The event, which raised money for the Archives and celebrated the life and work of avant-garde film maker Stan Brakhage, featured Sonic Youth providing an improvised instrumental collaboration with silent Brakhage’s films. The band performed with drummer/percussionist Tim Barnes (Essex Green, Jukeboxer, Silver Jews).

Eigentlich könnten die Dinge für Cassie Nightingale (Catherine Bell) gar nicht besser laufen. Als Jake und Cassie beschließen, an Weihnachten zu heiraten, wird alles kompliziert. Jake muss als Polizeichef den Ex-Häftling Leon Deeks überwachen und hat außerdem Schwierigkeiten, eine Hochzeitslizenz zu bekommen, da er Cassies Dokumente nicht finden kann. Außerdem muss in letzter Sekunde noch eine Hochzeitstorte organisiert werden. Jakes Sohn Brandon will währenddessen Zeit mit seiner Freundin verbringen und streitet sich mit seiner Schwester Lori, die wiederum Cassies Ehering verliert.

Nach ihrem Schulabschluss schworen sich die Freunde Jake , Cully, Reeves, AJ und Marty den Kontakt zu halten. Doch schon nach wenigen Jahren verloren sie sich aus den Augen und jeder ging seine eigenen Wege. Nun treffen sich sich nach 10 Jahren wieder, viel verändert hat sich jedoch nicht. Jake, ist endlich bereit seiner Freundin einen Heiratsantrag zu machen, bis er auf dem Event seiner High-School-Flamme begegnet. Cully hat seine Cheerleader-Freundin geheiratet und findet, es ist nun an der Zeit sich bei all seinen ehemaligen Mitschülern zu entschuldigen, die er damals gehänselt hat. Die ewigen Rivalen Marty und A.J machen genau da weiter, wo sie in der Schule aufgehört haben und versuchen It-Girl Anna zu beeindrucken. Reeves ist inzwischen ein Rockstar aber immernoch zu schüchtern um seine Jugendliebe anzusprechen.
