Chunauti is an action-packed romantic comedy that tells a story of love, struggle, and justice. Ajaya and his wife Prabha move to Kathmandu, where Ajaya starts working as a teacher. Later, his sister Gita joins them and enrolls in the same college. There, she meets a kind and charming student, but trouble arises when Madhav, a troublesome student, also starts liking her. One day, a fight breaks out in the college, and when Gita tries to stop it, an inspector arrives and brings the situation under control. Angered by this, Madhav and his group cause harm to Prabha and Gita. They also try to escape punishment through legal means. With no strong evidence, Ajaya takes a stand and challenges the court. In the end, he decides to take justice into his own hands, leading to a tragic ending where the inspector, fulfilling his duty, stops Ajaya. Chunauti is a story of love, courage, and sacrifice in the face of injustice.

Paris By Night 89: In Korea is a Paris By Night program that was filmed at the Olympic Fencing Gymnasium at the Olympic Park in Seoul, South Korea on Sunday, July 1, 2007. It is Thuy Nga's first venture into Asia to tape a Paris By Night program. Thuy Nga chose to tape at South Korea, rather than any other country in Asia simply because of the popularity of Korean actors and singers to the Vietnamese community. The program is directed by a Korean director, Seounghyun Oh. It is Thuy Nga's fourth "Live" show.

Zuerst muss er aber seinem Bruder nach dessen Unfall im Badehaus aushelfen. Die Arbeit macht mehr Spaß als gedacht und langsam wachsen Zweifel an seinem ursprünglichen Plan.

Das deutsche U-Boot U234 sticht mit Kurs auf Tokio unter dem Befehl von Kommandant Gerber in See. Das Boot soll geheime Pläne, neue Waffensysteme und vor allem Uranoxid, das die Japaner dringend für den Bau der Atombombe benötigen, nach Japan bringen. Zwei japanische Fregattenkapitäne begleiten den Transport. Ebenfalls an Bord befinden sich General Mellenberg, der zu den Verschwörern des 20. Juli zählt, sowie der fanatische Geschwaderrichter Beck, der bis zuletzt an den Endsieg glaubt. Als die Bestatzung von Hitlers Selbstmord und schließlich von der Kapitulation erfährt, kommt es zum offenen Konflikt. Ein britischer Zerstörer fordert ihre sofortige Aufgabe. Kommandant Gerber will einzig und allein seine Mannschaft retten. Aber Beck droht damit, die U234 in die Luft zu sprengen, wenn der Zerstörer nicht versenkt wird – obwohl das deutsche Boot bereits die weiße Fahne gehisst hat.

Ein Kind wird in diese Welt geboren, und zwar in das Marseiller Viertel L'Estaque, früher ein Arbeiterviertel. Doch die Arbeiterklasse mit ihren Gewerkschaften und ihren Vereinen gibt es nicht mehr; das neue Prekariat besteht aus isolierten und schutzlosen Individuen. Hier lebt die Familie der gerade geborenen Gloria. Die Halbschwester der Mutter, Aurore, und ihr Mann Bruno, die eine Pfandleihe betreiben, können selbst von ihrem Geld kaum leben. Während das fragile System sich zunehmend auflöst und die Familie in eine Abwärtsspirale gerät, tritt mit dem frischgebackenen Großvater Daniel unerwartet eine helfende Hand auf den Plan. Daniels Auftauchen bringt überraschend Ruhe und Harmonie in das familiäre Chaos, obwohl er erst kurz vor seiner Entlassung aus dem Gefängnis von seiner Enkelin erfahren hat. Am Ende jedoch taugt selbst die Familie als letzter Zufluchtsort und letzte Form des sozialen Zusammenhalts nicht mehr; die Gewalt entlädt sich nach innen.
