The band performed with drummer/percussionist Tim Barnes (Essex Green, Jukeboxer, Silver Jews).

This is a psychological whodunit. The action is tense and there are many ups and downs. Vas, a young militiaman, has to pose as a ex-prisoner and infiltrate an international gang of smugglers at work in Bulgaria. Vas is involved in shady deals: in a web for smuggling drugs. The traffic in drugs is perfectly organized, every one along the chain is being checked up and shadowed. An elderly gentlemen, a harmless nuisance on the face of it, turns out to be one of the bosses. Vas's role as a double agent, in doing his efforts to become a trusted man among the dangerous criminals, faces him with many trials and he risks his life on several occasions. And no matter how strange it may appear, it is among these people that Vas meets the girl he falls in love with. A beautiful girl is tangled in the traffic web. She also falls in love with Vas. Just like the audience, the girl Sunny is not aware of the true personality of Vas in the racket.

A young girl who is abused at home is afraid to participate in class because of her bruise. Her teacher embraces her to provide her with much needed love and support.

Barbara is a filmmaker who has been working in the prison environment for a few years now. She is preparing a film written and directed by long-term inmates in a prison in the projects around Paris. Twice a week, Barbara goes to the prison where she shoots interviews with the inmates which will serve as a basis for the writing of their screenplay.

Fight Club was a two-day professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event promoted by Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) that was held on October 8 and 9, 2022. Returning wounded from the war Maksym was overcome by self-doubt, in his physiological state. He is undergoing rehabilitation. He loses contact with his wife. He is tormented by dreams. In one of his dreams Maksym goes to the island to catch a lot of fish, as the paramedic advised him. Maksym takes a boat, net, dynamite from the best man and sails to the island.

Tala, an indie singer songwriter who just gave birth to her first daughter, takes up a job at "Milky Way", a dairy for mother's milk. The need to earn a living and support her baby with no father in the picture has pushed Tala into this awkward job. Everything would have worked out just fine if only Tala wasn't Tala- a natural born trouble maker.

Pauline, von allen nur Poppy genannt, arbeitet als Grundschullehrerin im Londoner Norden und ist das, was man eine wahre Frohnatur nennt. Mit der großen Liebe hat es allerdings noch nicht geklappt. Das ist aber nur halb so wild, denn schließlich hat Poppy ja noch ihre Mitbewohnerin Zoe. Ihre unbeschwerte Art löst in ihrer oft etwas missgelaunten Umwelt allerdings auch Befremden und Erstaunen aus. Vielen Menschen ist Poppy nämlich schlichtweg zu schrill, manche halten sie gar für verrückt. Das geht auch ihrem griesgrämigen und vom Weltschmerz zerfressenen Fahrlehrer Scott so, der mit seiner offensiv gut gelaunten Schülerin überhaupt nicht zurechtkommt und ihre Fröhlichkeit als Provokation auffasst. Poppy reagiert zunächst gelassen auf den krankhaften Kontrollwahn und Zynismus ihres Fahrlehrers. Doch das treibt Scott erst recht zur Weißglut. Und so kommt die Fahrstunde, in der auch die sonst durch nichts zu erschütternde Poppy an ihre Grenzen stößt…

Dies machen sich der Dieb Harry Dean und sein Komplize Emi zunutze, um dem steinreichen Witwer eine unbezahlbare Büste zu stehlen. Nicole geht auf das Angebot ein, Deans Frau zu spielen und so lenken sie bald die Aufmerksamkeit von Shadanbar auf sich. Dieser schöpft allerdings angesichts Deans auffälligem Verhalten sofort Verdacht, lässt sich jedoch vorerst nichts anmerken und so begleitet ihn das falsche Pärchen alsbald zu einer Besichtigung in sein geschütztes Appartement. Unter einem Vorwand kann sich Dean später von dem Millionär und Nicole lösen, um in den gesicherten Raum mit der Büste einzudringen. Doch das Manöver geht schief …

Der Film erzählt die unglaubliche Geschichte von Antoñita “La Singla”, der Flamenco-Tänzerin, die in den 1960er Jahren Spanien und den Rest der Welt im Sturm eroberte. Sie ging mit Ella Fitzgerald auf Tournee, tanzte sogar für Dalí und trat im Olympia in Paris auf. Marcel Duchamp bewunderte sie und Jean Cocteau sagte über sie, sie “spuckte Feuer aus ihrem Mund und löschte es mit ihren Füßen”. Was diese Geschichte so anders und mystisch macht, ist die Tatsache, dass “La Singla” durch eine Infektion ihr Gehör verlor und auf dem Höhepunkt ihrer Karriere plötzlich spurlos verschwand. Fünf Jahrzehnte später rekonstruiert Paloma Zapata das Leben und die Tragödie von “La Singla”. Eine Geschichte über einen einst gefeierten jungen Flamenco-Star, die so packend ist wie “Searching for Sugar Man“.
